Terms. Nakata autoparts.

You choose the car, give us instructions to bid by computer and we act for you.
We can also go with you or with your representative if you want.
After the vehicle(s) are confirmed upon a successful bid, you will be in charge of paying Nakata LTD., and you and us together will balance full value of the vehicle(s) with our handling fee.

Remember it is not possible to cancel the order after being accepted by the company.

In case of cancellation, a suitable amount of money may be requested to cover the loss.
All prices quoted are based on order and specification by the customer. If the customer changes the specifications, the prices can change.

You may buy directly from us. We can provide, quote on price and conditions. If you confirm a vehicle from our stock and we do not receive the payment within 5 days of the purchase agreement date, it is considered a cancellation and we will be free to sell it.

The vehicle will be sent immediately after receiving the confirmation of your payment by bank draft or TT and you will be informed of the shipping details by email or fax.
Goods belong to the company until all dues have been paid. We do our best to ensure that the goods have been supplied strictly to the specifications but if there is any discrepancy the allowances will be made at company´s discretion.

100% irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) in favor of Nakata LTD., drawn and negotiable at any Japanese or International Bank in Japan.

Due to international regulations or due to our internal policy, L/C may not be acceptable in some cases.
The client must pay any charges or commission occurred at time of remittance.

After the delivery of the vehicle , all its documents will be posted to you. If Naakata LTD. makes shipping arrangement at your request, all documents will be sent by DHL or EMS after the ship departure

The only insurances we make are the ones provided by the shipping company.
If you need to insure your consignment with any special insurance policies, we must know it in advance.

We want to be the most trusted company by taking substantial measures on protecting customers´personal information

At the time of registration, you must give us your personal details, name, address, telephone number or email address. This information will be deleted or altered only on your request.
This information will be used for arranging a requested service. For example, when we deliver your purchased items, we must give your name and address to the transport and shipping companies. Those third companies are entrusted companies. When it is possible Nakata LTD. tries to make an agreement of confidentiality of information.
Remember that Nakata LTD. may have to disclose information when it is necessary for responding to legal obligations.
