INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING

To place a bid you must deposit at minimum 80.000 yens. For more than one bid or if you need After Auction Service, you must deposit a voluntary amount of money in advance.

With a LOT NUMBER, CAR NAME , YEAR and YOUR MEMBER ID, you can ask information ( up to 5 cars at a time), and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Let us know your highest bid together with a LOT NUMBER, CAR NAME, YEAR and YOUR MEMBER ID. Add the conditions of the transaction, include the terms of trade, delivery/shipping location and method. Considering the bid is successful at a lower price, it should be applied.

If you do not specify your term, your offer will be considered as car price (5% tax excluded). Other charges such as 5% consumer tax, inland delivery, shipping expenses, and agent fee will be charged on top of your successful bid.

We must know your highest bid at least one day before the auction day. We do not assure your bid if you inform us the same day of the auction.

We will bid on your behalf up to your highest bid.

Auction Grade	Description
S	Brand new or rarely used.
9 - 5	Excelent to very good condition with low mileage .
4.5 - 3	Reasonable condition, normal mileage relative to vehicel age, may have minor damages.
2	Beter than rough condition, modified cars, sometimes cannot pass regular test( depending on country of import ).
1	Rough condition.
A	Vehicle have been involved in accident, we will inform and state condition to customers .
A2	Accident-Repaired, but not a good repair.
A3	Accident-Repaired, but in good condition now.
A3.5	Accident-Repaired, but in very good condition now.
R	Damaged-Repaired.
RA	Light Damaged-Repaired.
XXX , O , *,*	Damaged vehicles. It depends on the damage level to identify.

A	Excellent Showroom condition, Very Clean Interior.
B	Very good condition, Clean Interior .
C	Normal condition.
D	Dirty, Requires Cleaning.

* All cars graded "***" or "x" are considered as damaged cars.
* Other charges such as inland delivery, shipping expense, and ocean freight will be charged separately from above agent fee.

Vehicle Assessment Service	JPY10, 000	Our experienced vehicle assessor will check your purchased vehicle. The report will be uploaded on your personal page with extra pictures.
Photo Service	JPY5, 000	Our staff will take extra photos of your purchased vehicle.

CAUTION: Be sure to tell us the right last number and bid price. Nakata LTD. has no responsibility for incorrect information supplied.

CLAIM EXEMPTION CLAUSES. Remember Nakata LTD. is an intermediary agent between you and Auction Houses. Nakata has responsibility on problems caused under Nakata´s negligence. Our information about the vehicle condition is provided to us by Auction Houses and we ship vehicles to you as it is to you. If you want to make modifications, you must tell us.

Problems exempted from any claim:

Cars bought at lower than 2.000 yen final bid.

Mechanical problems:

in vehicles driven more than 100.000km
for the vehicles over 10 years of use since it was manufactured
for damaged and repaired vehicles.

Problems claimed after 8 days from the arrival date.
